Atlanta Humane Society - The city's oldest, private, non-profit organization.  They are rescuing pets, addressing the pet overpopulation problem and encouraging pet adoption in Georgia.  www.atlantahumane.org

Cool Girls -   a holistic comprehensive approach to assisting girls in low-income communities become self assured and to break cycles of poverty, teen pregnancy, racism and sexism. Cool Girls continues to serve high school students through their Girls Leadership Forum, Cool Sisters mentoring program as well as an academic scholarship program to assist college bound girls.      www.thecoolgirls.org

In the real estate community, Christan is an active member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS and Georgia Association of Realtors.  She currently serves on the Atlanta Board of Realtors' Government Affairs Committee and Political Partners Sub-Committee.  She has also served the last two terms on the Georgia Association of Realtors' Federal Political Committee and is currently serving a third term on the Governing Board for the Women's Council of Realtors' Atlanta Chapter. 

In addition to her contributions to the real estate community, Christan stays involved on other fronts as well.  She is an active 'Cool Sister'/ Mentor for Cool Girls.

For 3 years she was a volunteer teacher at the Brookhaven Boys and Girls Club, teaching teens the ins and outs of financial literacy.  She has previously served as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher and a volunteer for Summerbridge Atlanta as well as First Baptist Church of Atlanta.  

Point blank:  It boils down to service.  My community service is a reflection of the same care and advocacy that I take on behalf of my clients!
