Whether marketing a million dollar estate or helping a first time homebuyer, Chapman Hall Realtor, Christan Ross, is the consummate professional.  Serving as her client's ‘advocate and resource in real estate,' she marries exceptional service with innovative methods to exceed her client's expectations.  Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland; Christan calls Atlanta home and continues to be in amazement of the growth she's witnessed in the past 12 years since her arrival.

Seeking to be an expert in all things real estate, she is extremely active in staying abreast of zoning, development and other related issues while fighting for the rights of Georgia property owners.  Enhancing her knowledge whenever possible, Christan knows she cannot accurately serve her clients without understanding the intricacies of the unique Atlanta market. 

For the last 4 years, she has been immersed in the Intown Atlanta real estate market with an emphasis on the Buckhead, Brookhaven and Midtown areas.  Starting her career with a local developer, Christan was instrumental in facilitating over $8 million dollars in commercial transactions.  Desiring a more personal touch, she switched to the residential arena and joined Keller Williams Peachtree Road, where her achievements and commitment to client service earned her the 2006 Pinnacle of Achievement Award and the 2007 Culture Award.    

Behind the scenes, Christan has formed relationships that have proved invaluable in marketing her listings and learning from those in the business whose careers span 20 + years.  Since 2006, Christan has served on the Atlanta Board of Realtors' Government Affairs Committee and Political Partners Sub-Committee.  She has also served the last two terms on the Georgia Association of Realtors' Federal Political Committee and is currently the Public Relations Chair for the Women's Council of Realtors' Atlanta Chapter. 

Prior to real estate, she was an account executive for a national advertising sales firm.

In addition to her contributions to the real estate community, Christan stays involved on other fronts as well. For the past 3 years she has been a volunteer teacher at the Brookhaven Boys and Girls Club, teaching teens the ins and outs of financial literacy.  For the 2007-2008 school year, she also served as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher.   She resides in Buckhead with her husband and IT guru, George.
